A note on where these stand
These describe what Musuwo actually does today, checked against the running system rather than written from a template. Musuwo is in a closed pilot: it does not process payments, it charges merchants no commission, it delivers in Mutare only, and its rider network is not operating. The documents say so rather than describing a bigger company than exists.
Where something has not been settled by a Zimbabwean lawyer, the document says that at the top. Governing law, dispute resolution and the limits of liability are the main ones.
Every version is kept. If a policy changes materially, it gets a new version number, the old one stays readable, and anybody who had accepted the old one is asked again rather than being bound to wording they never saw.
